Mission
Tricycle Lane Ranches Ltd. (TLR) and its subsidiaries are the owners and stewards of real properties and permanent structures held and managed to maximize long term well being and value as they are transformed into the highest and best uses through the operations of our sister Company, BURNCO, through our own operations, or through third parties. Our view is to the entire ownership cycle, leaving these assets better than when we acquired them.
Vision
Aggregate Properties: TLR, if feasible, will acquire all of the real property containing a BURNCO desired/delineated aggregate deposit and will act to regionally hold such lands to be mined and reclaimed to their highest and best future use in an economic sequence that collectively for that region encourages TLR to continue this acquisition, depletion and disposition cycle. Details of the relationship over such held real property will be defined in leases with TLR’s sister firm and will include TLR’s values.
BURNCO Plant Site Properties: TLR will be BURNCO’s property owner of choice, acquiring real property and permanent structures in support of BURNCO’s mission, acting as their custodian and steward while achieving small discounts from market returns all while upholding TLR’s values. Details of the relationship over such assets will be defined by leases with TLR’s sister firm.
Non-BURNCO Properties: TLR will own some real property and permanent structures in its portfolio for exposure to higher returns and risk mitigation, similarly, stewarding them to uphold our values while maximizing their contribution.
Non-Real Property Entities: TLR may own, operate and control for-profit entities unrelated to Real Property and may also own, operate and control entities related to but not properly within BURNCO's businesses. All such are intended to be at least neutral in their net monetary contributions.
